Service Description
In our first session we will start to explore what your goals for counselling might be and how many sessions you think you would need. I have extensive experience of both brief counselling (usually 6-12 sessions) or longer term/open-ended counselling where the end date is flexible. I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
